Taishi Fukuda (born November 23, 2004, in Fukuoka, Japan) began playing rugby at age six and pursued the sport through Tochiku High School. After entering the School of Sociology at Kwansei Gakuin University, he turned seriously to physical training and, drawing on his own transformation, began coaching in late 2023. Starting through social media, he became independent as a sole proprietor in 2024, coaching more than 1,500 clients. On March 13, 2026, at the age of 21, he founded ReFit Inc. (headquartered in Osaka) and became its CEO. Under the belief that “health is a matter of design, not information,” he now runs the members-only healthcare service Executive Ashiya and the online nutrition service ReFit Online, and is developing the preventive-care app SOERU+.
